201. Opening of a barrack during the night in cases of emergency.
- If it becomes necessary to open a barrack or cell during the night (as for instance, in the case of the prisoner requiring medical attention), the official in charge of the keys shall break the seal of the key box and take the necessary keys to open the barrack. A report shall be made in the Jailors Report Book as in Form No. XVIII about such necessity to open the key box. Care shall be taken when removing a prisoner from a barrack at night that the other prisoners do not make a rush. To prevent this, the doors shall be provided with an iron chain, which will allow the door opening just enough space to allow one person to pass at a time.
