Section 24(1) in Telangana Bio-fertilizers (Monitoring and Quality Control) Act, 2006
(1)Where a sample of Bio-fertilizer has been drawn, the same shall be dispatched along with memorandum in the manner prescribed to such laboratory as may be notified for analysis within a period of 7 (seven) days from the date of its drawal.
