Section 3(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Village Common Lands Vesting and Utilisation Rules, 1975
(1)As soon as may be after coming into force of the Act, the Collector, shall ask the Tehsil Revenue Officer to send in Form 'A' details of the shamilat land estate wise that has vested in the State Government.
