Section 1 in The West Bengal Transferred Territories (Assimilation of Laws) Act, 1958
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the West Bengal Transferred Territories (Assimilation of Law's) Act, 1958.(2)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
