Section 78(ii) in The U.P. Co-operative Societies Employees Service Regulations, 1975
(ii)No employee shall make or permit any member of his family to make any such transaction in the society of which he is an employee or with the society indebted to his employer-society as is likely to embarass or influence him in the discharge of his duties.
