Section 16(1) in The Anusandhan National Research Foundation Act, 2023
(1)The Executive Council shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prepare an annual statement of accounts in such form and manner as may be prescribed in consultation with the Comptroller andAuditor-General of India.
