Section 106(1) in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955
(1)A [Special Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Zonal Commissioner, Joint Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner] [Substituted along with marginal heading by Act No.3 of 1994 and again substituted including marginal heading by Act No.25 of 2007.] so appointed shall be subordinate to the Commissioner and shall exercise such of the powers and perform such of the duties as the Commissioner shall from time to time depute to him provided that the Commissioner informs the Corporation of the powers and duties which he, from time to time, deputes to the [Special Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Zonal Commissioner, Joint Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner.] [Substituted by Act No.25 of 2007.]
