Section 4(1) in The Tamil Nadu Advocates' Clerks Welfare Fund Act, 1999
(1)The Government may, by notification, establish with effect on and from such date as may be specified therein, a Committee to be called the Tamil Nadu Advocates' Clerks Welfare Fund Committee.
