Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to Exhibit P1 notice
dated 20.04.2021 and Exhibit P2 order dated 27.10.2021, pending final
disposal of the writ petition, for the ends of justice.
This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
SRI.J.G.SYAMNATH, Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the
following:
ORDER
Issue notice to the respondent. In the meantime, petitioner shall not be dispossessed pursuant to Exhibit P2 for a period of six weeks.
