Section 285C(1) in Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, 1920
(1)Every application for licence under this Chapter shall be made to the [District Collector] [Substituted by the Tamil Nadu Municipal Laws (Amendment) Act, 2003 (Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2003).] in such form, containing such particulars and with such fee, as may be prescribed.
