ORAL ORDER
Dt: 16.9.2020 This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 29.01.2018 passed in I.A.No.1920 of 2017 in O.S.No.62 of 2005 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kadapa.
As per the information available on Case Information System (CIS), the O.S.62 of 2005 has already been decreed on 17-07-2018. Therefore, this petition has now rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
