Section 19(1) in The West Bengal Housing Board Act, 1972
(1)The Chairman shall, at a special meeting [to be held within the fifteenth day of the month of February in each year] [Words substituted for the words 'to be held in the month of February in each year' by W.B. Act 35 of 1973.], lay before the Board, a budget of the Board for the next year.
