Section 122(1) in Haryana Minor Mineral Concession, Stocking, Transportation of Minerals and Prevention of Illegal Mining Rules, 2012
(1)The Punjab Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1964 as amended from time to time, in their application to the State of Haryana and the Haryana State Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Storage and Transportation) Rules, 2006 are hereby repealed with the publication of notification of 'Haryana State Minor Mineral Concession, Stocking,Transportation of Minerals, and Prevention of Illegal Mining Rules, 2012' in the Official Gazette.
