Section 3(1) in Telangana Oil Palm (Regulation of Production and Processing) Act, 1993
(1)As soon as may be after the commencement of this of the Act, the Government shall by notification, constitute a Committee for the State to be called "The [Telangana Oil] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.18, Agriculture and Co-operation (Horti & Seri) Department, dated 13.11.2014.] Palm Advisory Committee".
