Section 91 in Madras Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1951
91. Saving.
- Nothing contained in this Act shall-(a)save as otherwise expressly provided in or under this Act, affect any honour, emolument or perquisite to which any person is entitled by custom or otherwise in any religious institution, or its established usage in regard to any other matter; or(b)authorise any interference with the religious and spiritual functions of the head of a math including those relating to the imparting of religious instruction or the rendering of spiritual service.
