8. Sitting hours of Appellate Tribunal.
- The sitting hours of the Appellate Tribunal shall ordinarily be from 10.30 AM. to 1.15 P.M. and from 2.15 P.M. to 5.00 P.M. subject to any order made by the Chairperson and this shall not disable the Bench of the Appellate Tribunal to extend its sitting as it deems fit.
