Section 10(2) in Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University Act, 2008
(2)For the purpose of sub-section (1), the Committee shall consist of three persons of whom one shall be nominated by the Chancellor, one shall be nominated by the Government and one shall be nominated by the Syndicate Provided that the person so nominated shall not be a member of any of the authorities of the University.
