Section 44 in The Rajasthan Industrial Disputes Rules, 1958
44. Qualification of candidates for election.
- Any workman of not less than 10 years of age and with a service of not less than one year in the establishment may if nominated as provided in these rules be a candidate for election as a representative of the workmen on the Committee:Provided that the service qualification shall not apply to the first election in an establishment which has been in existence for less than a year.
