Section 6(2) in The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination Act, 2002
(2)The Chairman and member may at any time, by writing under his hand addressed to the Chief Minister, resign his office and on such resignation being accepted, he shall be deemed to have vacated his office.
