Section 50(4) in The Orissa Public Demands Recovery Rules, 1963
(4)Unless otherwise ordered, a receiver shall submit his accounts once in every three months. The first of such accounts commencing from the date of his appointment and ending with the expiry of the said period of three months and the subsequent accounts brought down to the end of each succeeding period of three months, within fifteen days of the expiry of each such period of three months.
