Section 13A(d) in The Rajasthan Civil Services (Departmental Examinations) Rules, 1959
(d)The result declared after the scrutiny shall be final and communicated to the candidate and the names of those candidates whose results are affected shall be published in the Rajasthan Rajpatra.
