2. The petition seeks direction for expeditious disposal of the Petitioners' appeal filed before Respondent No.2. The appeal challenges an order passed by the Sub-Registrar of Assurances at Murbad refusing registration of a sale deed. After hearing the parties, we are of the view that the petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing Respondent No.2 to decide the pending appeal of the Petitioners against order/letter dated 28/1/2021 passed by Sub-Registrar-1, Murbad as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
