Section 33(3) in West Bengal Shops and Establishments Rules, 1964
(3)Any record, other than a record or any order or direction, which is required by these rules to be signed by the referee, may be signed on behalf of and under the direction of the referee by any subordinate officer appointed in writing for this purpose by the referee.
