Section 111 in The Kerala Panchayat Buildings Rules, 2011
111. Access.
- The width of access to a high rise building and plot as well as the width of street giving access to the plot from the main street shall be [5 metres] [Substituted '7 metres' by Notification No. S.R.O. No. 26/2014, dated 10.1.2014 (w.e.f. 14.2.2011).] or as prescribed elsewhere in these rules, whichever is greater.
