(d)rent for pucca, and pucca-multistoried, structures used for business purpose including commerce and industry, shall be payable at the rate of Rs. 30.00 (Rupees thirty) per katha per month for and upto the first two stories and an additional fee of Rs. 100.00 (Rupees one hundred) per katha per month shall be payable for floor area of each subsequent and additional floor :
