(PER : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. JUSTICE VIKRAM NATH) We have heard Mr. B. J. Trivedi, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Dharmesh Devnani, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the State.
2. Today, an affidavitinreply has been filed by Shri G. T. Pandya, I.A.S., Director of Technical Education, Gandhinagar. According to the contents of the said affidavit and the documents attached thereto, the calculation of the interest amount has been redone and now further amount of Rs.7,71,218/ has been found to be due and payable with respect to which a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Registrar, Gujarat High Court dated 11.01.2021 drawn on State Bank of India has been submitted before the Registrar along with covering letter dated 12.01.2021.

Mr. Trivedi, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the said amount is the correct amount of interest due and payable and the same may be directed to be credited to the account of the applicant - Anantrai Jamnadas Virani. Mr. Trivedi further submits that he will provide the details of the bank account of the applicant so that the Registrar General may transfer the amount by way of RTGS mode.
4. In view of the above, this contempt application would not require any further consideration. It is accordingly disposed of with appropriate direction to the Registrar General to transfer the said amount referred to above in the account of the applicant as and when the details are provided.
