22. Devolution of interest in compensation.
- Where it is alleged that the interest of any persons entitled to receive payment of any portion of the compensation has devolved on any other person or persons, whether by act of parties or by operation of law, the Collector shall determine whether there has been any devolution of the interest and, if so, on whom.Chapter - IV Appeal, Reference and Revision
