Section 275 in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
275. Eligibility of Registration.
- Every building worker who has completed eighteen years of age, but has not completed sixty years of age, and who has been engaged in any building or other construction work for not less than ninety days during the preceding twelve months and who is not registered as a beneficiary in any other Welfare Fund established under any law for the time being in force, shall be eligible for registration as the beneficiary of the fund.
