3. Constitution of the Services.
- This Service shall be known as Bihar Mines & Geology Service and it shall be deemed to be a State Service.This cadre shall be under the administrative control of Mines & Geology Department. The Director, Mines & Geology Directorate shall be the Head of the Department for this cadre.The strength of the service shall be as contained in Schedule-I.
