7. Amendment of section 3
In section 3 of the principal Act,—(i)in the marginal heading, for the words “New Delhi International Arbitration Centre”, the words “India International Arbitration Centre” shall be substituted;(ii)in sub-section (1), for the words “New Delhi International Arbitration Centre”, the words “India International Arbitration Centre” shall be substituted.
