8. Standard design and architectural controls.
- Where the applicant intends to construct a building in accordance with a standard design, approved by the Competent Authority, he shall obtain a copy of the same before starting the construction. In such cases, he shall not be required to submit any building plan.Provided that if the owner proposes certain permitted modifications in the standard design or the architectural controls, then he shall submit the same to the Competent Authority for approval.
