श्री चन्द्र प्रकाश जोशी (चित्तौड़गढ़) : माननीय अध्यक्ष महोदया, मेरे संसदीय क्षेत्र चित्तौड़गढ़ में पिछले कई दिनों से भारी बारिश के कारण पूरे क्षेत्र के रास्ते जाम हैं, बिजली और संचार की व्यवस्था ठप हो गयी है। मैं भारत सरकार और राजस्थान की यशस्वी मुख्यमंत्री जी का धन्यवाद करना चाहता हूँ, जिन्होंने एनडीआरएफ की टीम और हेलीकॉप्टर भेजकर वहाँ के लोगों को बचाने का काम किया। वहाँ कई डैम ऐसे हैं, जो भरकर ओवर-फ्लो हो रहे हैं। आज आदिवासी दिवस भी है। इसलिए आपके माध्यम से मैं कहना चाहता हूँ कि अगर वहाँ सेना का हेलीकॉप्टर नहीं होता और भारत सरकार निर्देश नहीं देती, तो शायद आज 12 आदिवासियों की जान चली गयी होती। मैं धन्यवाद देना चाहता हूँ क्योंकि आज वे 12 आदिसासी सेना के जवानों की वजह से जिन्दा हैं।
मैं आपके माध्यम से सरकार से मांग करता हूँ, वहाँ का प्रशासन मुस्तैदी से काम कर रहा है, लेकिन वहाँ एनडीआरएफ की टीम भेजकर और सर्वे कराकर जो भी नुकसान हुआ है, उसकी क्षतिपूर्ति करने का कट करें। यही मेरी सरकार से मांग है।
