(1)The parent or guardian of every child, who has been vaccinated as provided in Section 4, shall produce the child at a public vaccination centre or cause it to be so produced for inspection of the results of vaccination in accordance with the notice served under Sub-section (2) of the said Section or get the child inspected at his own house by an Inspector on payment of such fees as may be prescribed.
