(2)Nothing in sub-section (1) shall apply to any such agreement in respect of a minor irrigation work unless and until the [State Government] [Substituted by A.O.1950.] declares the work by notification in the [Official Gazette] [Substituted by A.O.1937.] to be subject to the provisions of this section.
