Section 13 in Tamil Nadu Pachaiyappa's Trust and of The Public Trust and Endowments Specified in Schedule (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1981
13. No right to compensation for premature termination of office.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, no person who ceases to hold office as member of the Board of Trustees by reason of the provisions contained in subsection (1) of section 4, shall be entitled to claim any compensation for the loss of his office.
