13. Registrar.
(1)The Registrar shall be appointed in such manner on such emoluments and other conditions of service as may be prescribed by rules made by the State Government.(2)The Registrar empowered by the Board of Management shall have the power to enter into and sign agreements and contracts and authenticate records on behalf of the University.(3)The Registrar shall exercise such powers and perform such duties and functions as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
