304. Receipt books to contain uniform number of pages and to be written in pencil.
- Receipt books shall contain 100 forms each, every two of which will contain the same serial number printed on them. Each book will, therefore, have 50 such consecutive serials. Receipts shall be written in pencil using carbon paper so that a duplicate may be prepared automatically to be kept in the book. The original or the upper receipt shall be made over to the payer as his receipt and the lower one kept in the book.
