Section 69(1) in The Tamil Nadu Town Panchayats, Third Grade Municipalities, Municipalities and Corporations (Elections) Rules, 2006
(1)Every elector who has been permitted to vote under rule 68 shall maintain secrecy of voting within the polling station and for that purpose observe the voting procedure hereinafter laid down.
