% 11.01.2021 (Through Physical Hearing) The affidavit of the uncle of the petitioner has been filed submitting to the effect that the operation of the mother of the petitioner is now scheduled.
Along with the petition is the copy of the documents issued by Shri Aurobindo Trauma & Arthroscopy Surgical Unit puttingforth the date of the operation scheduled as being for 18.1.2021. Copies of the said documents be supplied to the State by the petitioner and the verification report be submitted by the State for the date 15.1.2021.
