Section 8(1) in The Orissa Zilla Parishad (Conduct of Business) Rules, 1996
(1)The President shall call for a special meeting of the Parishad within thirty days from the date of receipt of the requisition of one-third of its members having right to vote specifying the reasons in the resolution which they propose to move in the meeting.
