Section 233(1) in The Asansol Municipal Corporation Act, 1990.
(1)No person shall, without the previous written permission of the Chief Executive Officer, establish any premises, or materially alter, enlarge or extend any factory or workshop or work-place, in which it is intended to employ steam, electricity, water or other mechanical power.
