This is a miscellaneous writ petition (under Article 227). Today learned counsel for the petitioner is ready to argue, however learned counsel for the respondent seeks adjournment. Hon'ble Sabhajeet Yadav, J. directed that the case be listed before some other Judge. Thereafter, it was nominated to me. Since next week I will be sitting at Lucknow and at present Hon'ble Sabhajeet Yadav, J. is sitting in consolidation matters, hence this writ petition may now be heard by regular Court.
