Section 17(1) in Bihar Agricultural and Rural Area Development Agency Act, 1978
(1)After considering the objection and the report and any further report which the Board may call for, the Board may approve the draft scheme with or without modifications or may reject it and direct that in lieu thereof a fresh draft scheme be prepared and submitted for its approval.
