Section 52(1)(ii) in Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2010

(ii)The Board of Management shall not have the power to amend any draft proposed by the Academic Council under clause (i) above but may return to the Academic Council for reconsideration together with any amendments which the Board of Management may suggest.
