1. The Petitioner's licence was first cancelled and then in the later order of 27th January 2023 was changed to a 90-day suspension with effect from 1st March 2023. The Petitioner says that even this 90-day suspension is vulnerable for various reasons.
2. Ms Gavhane learned AGP seeks time to take instructions and to file an Affidavit in Reply -- although she does add that if the Petitioners are aggrieved by the suspension, there is always the option of a full-blown cancellation.

3. Reply Affidavit to be filed by 27th March 2023. The affidavit may be limited for the purpose of opposing admission and ad- interim relief.
