- A register of licenses issued shall be kept in the CollectorÂ’s office and shall be revised annually in April, when all lapsed licensed shall be struk out and new licenses entered. It shall contain the following headings-(a)Date of License.(b)Name of Licensee.(c)Place of vend.(d)Amount of security, if any, taken.(e)Description of stamps to be sold under the license.(f)Remarks (this column shall show any changes that may take place during the year).
