1. Short title and commencement
.-(1) This Order may be called The [Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Use in Motor Vehicles) Order, 2001] [ See Section 52(1) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and Rule 115 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989.].(2)It extends to the whole of India.(3)It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
