Section 35 in Gujarat Road Safety Authority Act, 2018
35. Power to make regulations.
- The Authority may make regulations in respect of the procedure to be adopted by the Authority, the Executive Committee and officers of the Authority for meetings and disposal of matters coming up before the Authority or the Executive Committee or the officers, as the case may be.
