29. Appeals.
(1)Any person aggrieved by any order made by the Designated Officer may appeal to the District Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order by him.(2)Any person aggrieved by any order made by the District Authority may appeal to the State Authority within thirty days from the date of receipt of the order by him.(3)On receipt of the Appeal, the District Authority or the State Authority shall after giving a reasonable opportunity of being heard, may pass such order as it may deems fit.(4)The decision of the State Authority shall be final and binding.
