(2)Deputy Chief Inspector to advice owners. - The Deputy Chief Inspector may from time to time examine boilers in commission to ascertain if they are being operated in conformity with the terms and conditions specified in the certificate and advise owners on the safety in operation, good maintenance and periodic cleaning of boilers and feed water treatment.
